CITY OF TAMARAC$ FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 16
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR A
TRAFFICE RADAR UNIT TO KUSTOM SIGNALS, INC.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Tamarac,
advertisement for invitation to bid has been placed, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said invitation bids have been
received for the purchase or acquisition of said traffic
radar unit, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of awarding
said bid.
NOW, THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac' Florida;
SECTION 1: That the bid of KUSTOM SIGNALS, INC. for
the sum of $1,258.41 for the purchase or acquisition of the
TR-6 Traffic Radar, serial number R-2174, A-2220 is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to issue the City's order for the payment of such
surns .
