CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR JANITORIAL
SERVICE FOR CITX HALL AND ANNEX TO CLARK FLOOR
AND JANITORIAL SERVICE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the -Charter of the City of Tamarac,
advertisement for invitation to bid has been placed, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said invitation bids have been received
for the contract for janitorial service for City Hall and Annex, and
bid.
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of awarding said
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City
of Tamarac, Florida;
SECTION 1: That the bid of CLARK FLOOR AND JANITORIAL SERVICE
for the sun of $280.00 per month for janitorial service for City
Hall and Annex including the materials and services listed in the
attached specifications is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
to execute a proper agreement evidencing the award of this bid.

W I T N E S S E T II:
Tat for and in consideration of the mutual covenants herein
cc-aaiziad the parties do agree as follows:
1. The term of this agreement shall be for the period of
five (5) months c=encing on the 1st day of May 1972 through
Septcnber 30, 1972. Tire City shall have an option to renew this
agreement for the period of one year canme--a-icing October 1, 1972
through September 30, 1973 for the same-- price and upon the same
terms and conditions.
2. That the City shall pay to the Ccrpany in consideration
of all goods and services provided for herein Eno stun of TWo
Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($280.00) per month payable at the
end of each monthly period.
3. 02hat the Company agrees to supply rill paper goods such as
toilet tissue, paper napkins, roll towels, etc., and soap. Also
the Company will supply all detergents and toilet bowl cleaner for
sanitizing the resat roams.
4. T'ne Company agrees to supply the following services daily:
a. Vacuun, all rugs including hallways and meeting rooms.
b. Dump all trash and/or wastebaskets.
C. Dust all desks.
d. Wash and clean all ash trays
e.' Clean and ss�reep all entrance ways and exits.
f. Clean all rest rooms.
5. The Company agrees that it will at all -times obtain and
pay for policies of insurance generally known as public liability
policies insuring the Company an, the Car�pany's accounts against
all claims and demands made _ W z�on or persons whomsoever for
inj ias received as a. of of the above outlined
