RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION PROTECTING GOLF COURSE USE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Tamarac, Florida:
That the developer be requested to make a matter of
public record a covenant running with the land protecting
the use of the golf courses as such for a period of not
less than fifty (50) years, and the right of adjoining
property owners to an unobstructed view thereof.
