CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WILLIAMS, HATFIELD AND
STONER TO APPRAISE THE CITY OF TAMARAC SEWER
PLANT AND UTILITY SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac contemplates the possible
disposition of the City's sewer plant and utility system, and
WHEREAS, it would be essential to such a transaction that the
City have a professional estimate of the fair market value thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of
Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION I: That the City Engineers, Williams, Hatfield and
Stoner, be and they are hereby authorized to make an appraisal of
the City's sewer plant and utility system for the purpose of
determining the fair market value thereof.
SECTION 2: That said appraisal be submitted in written
form to the City Manager within days from date hereof.
