CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER
TEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($10,200.00) FROM
ACCOUNT NUMBER 411.39, THE CONTINGENCY RESERVE, TO
ACCOUNT NUMBER 417.36, PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
PROFESSIONAL FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined a
necessity and urgency of preparing a comprehensive community
plan for the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Consultants have completed
Phase 1 of their proposal and are ready to start on Phase II, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board Professional Fees
fund is insufficient to meet the amounts required for such work,
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that there is a
sufficient, unencumbered balance in the Contingency Reserve to
transfer $10,200.00 therefrom and still leave sufficient funds
available to cover any claims or meet any contingency's budgeted
for when the same become due and payable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Ten Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($10,200.00)
be transferred from the Contingency Reserve to the Planning and
Zoning Board Professional Fees fund.
