RESOLUTION NO:'
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR POLICE CARS TO
-Bill
1750 N.. Federal Highway, Fort,Lauderdale, Florida.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Tamaarac,
advertisement for invitation to bid has been placed, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said invitation bids have been received
for the purchase or acquisition of said Police Cars, and
bid.
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of awarding said
NOW, THEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION ' 1: That the bid of Bill B inko Chrysler Plymouth
Inc. for the sum of $ 6,761.34 for two cars
for the purchase or acc�uiaitaon of Police Cars is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
to execute a proper agreement evidencing the award of this bid.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 9 thday of February, 1972.
