RESOLUTION NO.—,Lt<�,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM CONTINGENCY FUND ACCOUNT NO. 411.39 TO
CITY ATTORNEY FUND ACCOUNT NO. 416.36
WHEREAS, a need has arisen to employ Special Counsel
to clarify the legal position of the City with reference to
the Assignment of maintenance restrictions, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that a transfer
of funds can be made from the Contingency Fund, Account No. 411.39
to the City Attorney Fund, Account No. 416.36 in the sum of
$10,000.00 without impairing the purposes for which the fund
was created.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to transfer $10,000.00 from the Contingency Funds
Account No. 411.39 to the City Attorney Fund, Account No. 416.36.
