CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. qb
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TO RESUME THE COLLECTION AND TRANSMITTAL OF RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES RENTAL PAYMENTS PLEDGED TO THE TAMARAC
ENTERPRISES. INC. BOND ISSUE:
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, by Resolution,
renounce all responsibility with respect to collection of recre-
ational facilities rental payments throughout the City, and
WHEREAS, as a result of the failure of certain sections
to pay and/or to transmit the recreational facilities rentals a
default has occurred in payments to the trustee under the Tamarac
Enterprises, Inc. bond issue, and
WHEREAS, the continued existence of such default would
threaten the rights and equities of those homeowners who have
paid and transmitted such rental payments and might also cause
the loss of the City's rights under such bond issue,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of
Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 1: That the City Council does hereby announce its
intention to resume collection of recreational facilities rentals
in the follwoing subdivisions of the City.
Tamarac Lakes and Tamarac Lakes Second Section
Tamarac Lakes South. Section
Tamarac Lakes North and Tamarac Lakes North Second
Section
SECTION 2: That the City Manager be directed to check the
accounts of the Trustee to determine what delinquencies exist in
the payment of recreational facilities rentals and to arrange for
the billing, collection and transmittal of such delinquencies.
