CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FROM CONTINGENCY FUND ACCOUNT NO. 411.39
TO ACCOUNTS TO FUND LEASE COLLECTION
WHEREAS, a need has arisen to supplement certain funds
to support lease collection expenses in connection with the
Tamarac Enterprises, Inc. Bond Issue, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that a transfer
of funds can be made from the Contingency Fund, Account No.
411.39, to the funds listed below without impairing the
purposes for which the fund was created.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to transfer two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) from
the Contingency Fund, Account No. 411.39, to the following funds:
