RESOLUTION N0.
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR CANAL CLEANING
CHEMICALS.
WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for bids for
canal cleaning chemicals and has received bids, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the bid for
such materials to the lowest and best bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of
Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Ritemack, Inc . , P.O. Box
4031 Norm ndv Br. Miami Beach_ Florida_
for canal cleaning chemicals, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby accepted.
PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this day o1_9ZA_'-/_
