A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF THE
SUM OF $42189.58 FROM WILLIAM J. KELLEY AS
TRUSTEE OF THE FORT LAUDERDALE MIDDLE RIVER
RECLAMATION DISTRICT REPRESENTING 2% OF THE
ASSETS OF SUCH DISTRICT WHICH WAS ABOLISHED
BY SENATE BILL 755.
WHEREAS, Senate Bill 755 passed by the last session
of the Florida Legislature abolished a Fort Lauderdale
Middle Raver Reclamation District) and
WHEREAS, a portion of the City of Tamarac was located
within the boundaries of such District as a result of
which the Trustee has determined that the City of Tamarac
is entitled to receive 2% of the assets of such District,
and
WHEREAS; W.J. Kelley) Trustee has sent the City of
Tamarac a check in the amount of $4,189.58 purporting to
represent 2% of the funds of the District.
". NOW$ THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac does hereby receive
and acknowledge receipt of the Kelley and Tompkins trust -
account check in the amount of $4,189.58 purporting to
represent 2% of the funds of the District' subject to final
audit of the District's records.

1972.
