CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.�{
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS ON THE PARCEL OF LAND IN THE
FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION.
( TRACT 17 OF SECTION 4)
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to
state any objection it may have to release of canal res-
ervations across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request
and has recommended the City file no objection to such
release.
NOW? THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac) Florida:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land
and deed described as follows:
(See attached description marked Exhibit A)

A portion of Tract 17 of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION
of Section 4, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, as recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 31, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 4; thence N-00 12' 16 "-W,
along the East line of said Section 4, a distance of 1638.01 feet; thence N-890
01' 50"-W, a distance of 60. 01 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description;
thence, continuing N-890 01' 50"-W, a distance of 871.0 feet; thence S-00 12'
16"-E, a distance of 500 feet; thence S-890 01' 50"-E, a distance of 871.0 feet;
thence N-01 12' 16"-W, parallel with and 60 feet West of, as measured at right
angles to, the East line of said Section 4, a distance of 500 feet to the Point
of Beginning. Containing 10.00 acres.

Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 4; thence N-00 12' 16"-W,
along the East line of said Section 4, a distance of 1638.01 feet; thence N-890
01' 50"-W, a distance of 931. 01 feet to the Point of Beginning of this descrip-
tion; thence continuing N-890 01' 50"-W, a distance of 792.47 feet to an inter-
section with the arc of a circular curve to the right, having a radius of 540
feet, and whose radius point bears S-700 40' 12"-W, from the last described
point; thence Southerly, along the arc of said curve, an arc distance of 520.18
feet to an intersection with the arc of a circular curve to the right,having a
