RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS ON THE PARCEL OF LAND IN THE
FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION
TRACTS 9 & 16 OF SECTION 4).
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to
state any objection it may have to release of canal res-
ervations across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS$ the City Engineer has examined such request
and has recommended the City file no objection to soh
r elease.
NOW, THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac2 Florida:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land
and deed described as follows:
(See attached description marked Exhibit A)
Township 49 South, Range 41 East as recorded
in Plat Book 42 Page 31 of the Public Records
of Broward County' Florida.
PASSED$ ADOPTED and APPROVED this day
