CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION No. L
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM ON HOOK-UPS
TO THE CITY SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT UNTIL NOVEMBER
12. 1972.
WHEREAS, improvements to the City Sewage Treatment Plant are
being contracted for and should be completed within the next sixty
(60) days, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that absent such
improvements, the said plant is operating at or near maximum
capacity and for this reason the moratorium should be extended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Resolution No. 72719 of the
City of Tamarac shall be amended to read as follows:
"that a moratorium is hereby established until November
1219 1972 during which time no further hook-ups shall be permitted
to the City of Tamarac sewage treatment plant."
SECTION 2: That in all other respects Resolution 72-19 shall
remain in full force and effect.
