CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS OF
FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY RESERVE ACCOUNT
NO. 411.39 TO CHARTER BOARD PROFESSIONAL
FEES ACCOUNT NO. 419.36; AND, TO CITY ENGINEER
PROFESSIONAL FEES ACCOUNT NO. 427.36,
WHEREAS, needs have arisen to fund or provide ar'ditional.
funds for each of the items authorized by this Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered such recommendations
of the City Manager at a public meeting after notice thereof was
attached to the agenda of the meeting, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has certified that a transfer
of funds from the contingency reserve, account no, 411. 39 to
the funds specified in this Resolution can be made without im-
pairing the purposes for which the fund was created.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
of the City of Tamarac, F'.orida:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to transfer from the Contingency Reserve Account
No. 41.1. 39 to the accounts listed, the following sums:
SUM TRANSFERRED TO ACCOUNT NO,
$ 610. 00 419.36
2,850.00 427.36
