CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0.
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR REFERENDA
ELECTIONS ON ALL ENUMERATED ANNEXATION
ORDINANCES; ESTABLISHING POLLING PLACES;
AND ADOPTING FORMS OF BALLOTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a number of
ordinances annexing certain lands into the City of Tamarac,
subject to approval thereof by separate vote of the electors
of the City of Tamarac and of the territories to be annexed
as to each of said territories, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to con-
firm the decisions of the Election Board establishing the
time and place of such referenda elections and the forms of
ballots to be used,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That referenda elections shall be held on
the twenty-first day of November, 1972, between the hours of
7 A.M. and 7 P.M., for the purpose of submitting to the electors
of the City of Tamarac and of the territories to be annexed the
question of the approval of each of the following ordinances
and annexation parcels:

That the polling places for Tamarac electors
are hereby designated as follows:
A. All electors of the City of Tamarac, residing in County
Poll-.l.ng Precinct #14F, ( Tamarac Lakes One and Two, Tamarac Lakes
South, Tamarac Lakes North, and Tamarac Lakes Boulevards ) shall
vote at Tamarac Lakes South Clubhouse, 2800 W. Commercial Boulevard,
Tamarac, Florida.
B. All electors of the City of Tamarac, residing in County
Polling Precinct #14H, ( Mainlands One and Two, Mainlands Three,
Mainlands Four, and Mainlands Five ) shall vote at Mainlands
Section Five Clubhouse, 4890 N. W. 50th Street, Tamarac, Florida.
C. All electors of the City of Tamarac, residing in County
Polling Precinct # 14K, ( Mainlands Six, Woodlands Section One,
Phase I. Woodlands Section One, Phase 2 , Woodlands Section Two,
Phase I, Woodlands Third Section, Woodlands Section Four,
Woodlands Section Five, Woodlands Section Six, Woodlands Section
Seven , and Woodlands Section Eight ) shall vote at Woodlands
Section One, Phase I Clubhouse, 5220 Rock Island Road, Tamarac,
Florida.
D. All electors of the City of Tamarac, residing in County
Polling Precinct # 14M ( Mainlands Seven, Mainlands Eight, Mainlands
Nine, Mainlands Ten, and Mainlands Fifteen, called Vanguard Village )
shall vote at Mainlands Section Eight Clubhouse, 5711 N.W. 67th
Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.
E. All electors of the City of Tamarac, residing in County
Polling Precinct #14R, ( Mainlands Eleven, Mainlands Twelve, Main-
lands Thirteen, Mainlands Fourteen, Mainlands Sixteen, Mainlands

Seventeen, and Heathgate ) shall vote at Mainlands Section Eleven
Clubhouse, 5700 N.W. 84th Terrace, Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 3: That the polling places for Annexation Parcel
electors are hereby designated as follows:
A. All electors of AP-1. AP-lB, and AP-9, said lands being
located within County Polling Precinct # 14R, shall vote at Main-
lands Section Eleven Clubhouse, 5700 N.W. 84th Terrace, Tamarac,
Flo rida .
B. All electors of AP-2, said land being located within
County Polling Precincts #14M and # 14A, shall vote at Mainlands
Section Eight Clubhouse, 5711 N.W. 67th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida.
C. All electors of AP-lA, AP-3, and AP-4, said lands being
located within County Polling Precinct #14K, shall vote at Woodlands
Section One, Phase I Clubhouse, 5220 Rock Island Road, Tamarac,
Florida.
D. All electors of AP-5. AP-6, and AP-8, said lands being
located
within County Polling
Precinct
# 14F, and those electors
of AP-7,
living East of State
Road #7
and registered to vote in
County Polling Precinct #14F, shall vote at Tamarac Lakes South
Clubhouse, 2800 W. Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac, Florida.
E. Those electors of AP-7, living West of State Road #7
and registered to vote in County Polling Precinct # 14H, shall.
vote at Mainlands Section Five Clubhouse, 4890 N.W. 50th Street,
Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 4: That the form of ballot to be submitted to the
electors of the City of Tamarac shall be as attached hereto and
marked Exhibit A.
SECTION 5: That the form of ballot to be submitted to
the electors of each of the annexation parcels shall be as

attached hereto and marked Exhibit B.
