CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. .-_?j
A RESOLUTION COMMEMORATING ARMISTICE DAY.
WHEREAS, various veteran's of W. W. I have requested authority
to conduct ceremonies commemorating Armistice Day, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to express the
deep gratitude of the populous to those who have given of them-
selves in defense of our Nation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the service of the veteran's of the armed
forces of the United States of W. W. I be commemorated in the City.
of Tamarac on November 11, 1972.
SECTION 2: That the veteran's be and they are hereby authorized
to conduct ceremonies on November 11, 1972 in the vacinity of the
flag pole in front of City Hall, 5200 Rock Island Road, Tamarac,
Florida.
