HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity of Tamarac Resolution R-72-075This tEsouaioN was introduced day, �Zc�T1 X Temporary No. n 72-2078�a CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA RESOLUTION NO A RESOLUTION RATIFYING RESOLUTION NO. 72-53 AS AMENDED BY THE TAMARAC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LETTER OF OCTOBER 26, 1972: WHEREAS, the City Council hexetofor accepted the proposal of Tamarac Development Company to limit density in accordance with..':::: their letter of July 18th, 1972, and WHEREAS, there were subsequent miner amendments to the develop- M_ ment plans for said project, which did not significantly alter the overall density of the project, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to ratify the prior agreement subsequent to such changes in density, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of Tamarac, Flroida: SECTION 1: That the changes in the plans for development heretofore submitted by Tamarac Development to Broward County be and they are hereby approved by the City of Tamarac. SECTION 2: That the provisions of Resolution No. 72-53 of the City of Tamarac be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed in accordance with.the request of Tamarac Development Company dated October 26, 1972, ith the density limits: attached thereto, a copy of such letter being attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A".
