A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS ON THE PARCEL OF LAND IN THE
WESTWOOD COMMUNITY TWO SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to
state any objection it may have to release of canal
reservations across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request
and has recommended the City file no objection to such
release.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land
and deed described as follows:
(See attached description marked Exhibit A)
E.D.D. Deed No. 590 dated August 122 19191
Deed Book 10, Page �41 Deed recorded in Plat
Book 76, Page 46, of the Public Records of
Broward Countys Florida.

C^A.THOMAS which may possibly affect existing or proposed works under jurisdiction of your
Vice Chairman office. The land involved is described as follows:

WESTWOOD COMMUNITY TWO, a subdivision according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 46, of
ROBF_RT W. PADRICK the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; said
Fort Pierce landbeing a portion of Section 8, Township 49 South,
Range 41 East.
