CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
ZONING COMMISSION AND ESTABLISHING THE
TERMS OF SUCH APPOINTMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by Ordinance No. 71-33,
created a Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, members of said Zoning Commission have
been appointed by Resolution of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the term of Mr. Alexander McNab, Mr.
Richard C. Wallace and Mr. Carl. Wagner as members of the
Zoning Commission have expired, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to make
appointments to the Zoning Commission and to establish the
term of such appointments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That

are hereby appointed as members of the
Zoning Commission to serve for a term of two (2) years
from date hereof.
SECTION 2: That all members of the Zoning Commission
hereby named shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 3: That appointments created hereby shall be
effective immediately.
