RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUI'I:ON EXTENDING THE MORATORIUM ON HOOKUPS
TO THE CITY SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT UNTITq� A(Z
WHEREAS, improvements to the City Sewage Treatment Plant are
being contracted for and should be completed within the next
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that absent such im-,
provements, the said plant is operating at or near maximum capicity,
and for this reason the moratorium should be extended, and
WHEREAS, such moratorium has: heretofore been extended
to December 13, 1972, by Resolution No. 72-•76
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF The City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Resolution No. 72-19 of the
City of Tamarac shall be amended to read as follows:
"That a moratorium is hereby established untilJ.��'
during which time no further hook-ups shall be
permitted to the City of Tamarac sewage treatment plant."
SECTION 2: That in all other respects Resolution No. 72-19
shall remain in full force and effect.
