CIT OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION TERMINATING APPOINTMENTS OF DELEGATE
AND ALTERNATE TO THE BROWARD COUNTY OPEN SPACE
TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 72-1 of the City of
Tamarac, a Delegate and Alternate were appointed to the Broward
County Open Space Technical Advisory Committee, and
1972,
WHEREAS, said committee has been resolved, effective November 1,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City
of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 1: That the appointments of HERBERT ZIMMER as Delegate
and RICHARD WALLACE as Alternate Delegate of the City of Tamarac to
Broward County Open Space Technical Advisory Committee pursuant
to Resolution No. 72-,1, are hereby terminated.
SECTION 2: That Council expresses its appreciation and
gratitude to HERBERT ZEVV ER and RICHARD WALLACE for their
conscientious services in such capacities.
