This Resolution was introduced
by
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE RESOLUTION
NO. 72-86 OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC APPROVING
THE PLAT OF COLONY CLUB.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 72-86 approved the plat of
Colony Club, and
WHEREAS, the Council at a recess session of the meeting
at which such Resolution was approved has voted to reconsider
and rescind such plat approval,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of
the City of Tamarac:
SECTION ONE: That Resolution No. 72-86 be and the same
is hereby rescinded.
SECTION TWO: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
directed not to sign the plat of Colony Club.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
