CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. +
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RELOCATION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, E. Miron Corporation has applied for the relocation of
a utility easement in Woodlands Villas, and
WHEREAS, Southern Bell Telephone, Florida Power and Light Co.,
and Tamarac Utilities have consented to such -request, and
WHEREAS, the Catty Engineer, and the Zoning Commission have
indicated that they have no objection thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of
Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the request of E. Mason Corporation for
permission to relocate a utility easement in Woodlands Villas in
accordance with the attached drawing marked Exhibit "A" be and the
same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: That the old utility easement lying between tracts
1 and 2 be and the same is hereby vacated and the new ten (10)
foot utility easement lying on the East side of tract 1 is hereby
accepted in lieu thereof.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this VS day of
1972.
