CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -�
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.,
SUPPORTING THE UNIFORM FOOD PROCESSING CODE
OF THE BROWARD COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND
URGING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
BROWARD-COUNTY, FLORIDA,-TO ENACT AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING CHAPTERS 1OD-13, IOD-14 AND 10D--15, AS
AMENDED, OF THE FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE,
AND ESTABLIDHING MINIMUM STANDARDS -OF HYGIENE FOR
FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS THROUGHOUT BROWARD COUNTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, hereby approves and supports the uniform food processing
code as delineated in Chapters 1.0-13, IOD-14 and 10D-15 of the
Florida Administrative Code and all amendments thereto.
SECTION 2: That the Board of County Commissioners of Broward
County, Florida, be and it is hereby urged and requested to enact an
Ordinance adopting Chapters IOD-13, 1OD-14 and 10D-15, as amended,
of the Florida Administrative Code and establishing minimum standards
of hygiene for food establishments throughout Broward County.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
