CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. # O
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BEN J. WEAVER
AS ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC
WHEREAS, James D. Druck has been appointed and is
currently acting as the City Attorney for the City of Tamarac,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, James D. Druck has requested the appoint-
ment of an additional Assistant City Attorney, pursuant to
Section 41 of the City Charter, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
an additional Assistant City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1. That Ben J. Weaver is hereby appointed Assistant
City Attorney for the City of Tamarac.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1 day of
1973.
