CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
RESOLUTION NO. - u
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state
any objection it may have to release of canal reservations
across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and
has recommended the City file no objection to such release,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to
the release of canal reservations involving the land described
as follows:
C & SFFCD Ref. #3-BCA-2 (0-1507)
"A portion of Section 4, Township 49 South, Range 41
East, Broward County, Florida, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 4;
thence S-00'012'16"-E, along the East line thereof,
a distance of 1217.79 feet; thence S-89447144"-W, a
distance of 60.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of
this description; thence continue S-890 7'44"-W, a
distance of 600.0 feet; thence S-00012'16"-E, parallel
with and 660.0 feet West of, as measured at right
angles to the East line of said Section 4, a distance
of 1019.75 feet; thence S-651203'37"-E, a distance of
662.80 feet; thence N-Oel2'l6"--W, parallel with and
60.0 feet West of, as measured at right angles to the
East line of said Section 4, a distance of 1301.37
feet to the Point of Beginning. Said lands situate,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida.
