RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state
any objection it may have to release of canal reservations
across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and
has recommended the City file no objection to such release,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to
the release of canal reservations involving the land described
as follows:
C & SFFCD Ref. #3-BCA-2 (0-1485)
The West 100 feet of the following described portion
of Tract 13 of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION,
of Section 11, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31 of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, to wit: Commence at the
South West corner of said Section 11; thence N.0 00'16 W.
along the W. line thereof 53.01 feet to a point, thence
S. 891D02'05" E. parallel with the S. line of said
Section 11, 466.60 feet to the Point of Beginning of this
description, thence continue S. 89*02' 05" E. along the
last described line 200.00 feet to a point, thence
N. O'57'55" E., 300.00 feet to a point; thence N. 89�02'05"
W. 200.00 feet to a point, thence S. e 57'55" E. 300.00
feet to the point of Beginning.
