CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION
OF CITY COUNCIL AMENDMENT 032 (ORDINANCE 73-27)
WHEREAS, a general election was held on February 27, 1973
for the purpose of a referendum on said Amendment captioned above
and pursuant to Chapter 166.17 of the FLORIDA STATUES and,
WHEREAS, the Election Board has canvassed the results of
the machine voting as certified by the election clerks and the absentee
ballots,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE Cityrn

of Tamarac, Florida:CIO
SECTION 1: That Section 5, Article I, of the Charter, -' ~

Amendment #32 (Ordinance 73-27) having received the majority of votes,'
is declared passed and ='-'
p part of the Charter of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That this became effective immediately following
the General. Election referendum as stated above.
PASSED ADOPTED AND APPROVED this VPI day of March, 1973".
