RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION SUBSTITUTING JOHN O'MALLEY
AS CITY MANAGER FOR THE CITY COUNCIL
MEETING OF OCTOBER 24, 1973 ONLY
WHEREAS, Robert Castenholz is the City Manager of
Tamarac and attends all City Council meetings, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, Robert Castenholz, has been
taken ill and will be unable to attend the meeting of October
24, 1973, and
WHEREAS, John O'Malley is Finance Director for the
City of Tamarac and is available to be substituted as Acting
City Manager only for the purpose of attending the City Council
meeting of October 24, 1973 and only for the purpose of advising
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That John O'Malley be and is hereby
substituted as Acting City Manager only for the purpose of attend-
ing the City Council meeting of October 24, 1973 and only for
the purpose of advising the City Council. No other authority is
hereby granted.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Q4?ay of
October, 1973.
