CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ROAD IMPROVEMENT
WORK ON 64th AVENUE PERFORMED BY OLIVER
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the Oliver Construction Company has
performed certain road improvements on 64th Avenue
between 57th Street and the northern City limits, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected said
road improvement and approved the work, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended
that the City Council of the City of Tamarac accept said
road improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the road improvements work performed
by the Oliver Construction Company on 64th Avenue between
57th Street and the northern City limits be and is hereby
accepted.
