RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING SUB -DIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY SPIRO
TELEGADIS
WHEREAS, a bond was posted by Spiro Telegadis
covering the Tel -Con Office Plaza Construction, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended
release of the bond since the sub -division improvements
have been satisfactorily completed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release
the bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC , FLORI DA :
SECTION 1: The bond posted by Spiro Telegadis
in the amount of $28,000 is hereby released.
