CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ZONING
COMMISSION AND ESTABLISHING THE TERMS OF SUCH
APPOINTMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by Ordinance No. 71-33, created
a Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, members of said Zoning Commission have been appointed
by Resolution of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the terms of Mr. Ralph Crocker and Mr. Milt Klika as
members of the Zoning Commission have expired, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to make appoint-
ments to the Zoning Commission to establish the term of such appoint-
ments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of
Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That �ALP 0' Ro C E, „

appointed as members of the Zoning Commission to serve for a term
of two (2) years from date hereof.
SECTION 2: That all members of the Zoning Commission hereby
named shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 3: That appointments created hereby shall be gffective
immediately.
PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED this day of November,
1973.
