A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING AND
PUBLICATION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC'S
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING STATEMENT
WHEREAS, the Federal Revenue Sharing Act requires
the delineation of specific uses of Federal Revenue Sharing
funds, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that all
Federal Revenue Sharing allocations received by the City of
Tamarac for the entitlement period July 1, 1973 thru June
1974 be used for designated Operating/Maintenance expenditure
in specific areas, and
WHEREAS, Federal Revenue Sharing Regulations require
publication of the City's Federal Revenue Sharing statement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Operating/Maintenance Expenditures
of Federal Revenue Sharing monies as shown on the Federal Revenue
Sharing statement form attached hereto as Exhibit (A) and
incorporated herein by reference are hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is hereby directed to
execute and file the Revenue Sharing statement forthwith.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish the executed Revenue Sharing statement in the "Fort
Lauderdale News" as soon as is practically possible.
