CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
« RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Tamarac desires to repeal Resolution No. 73-35 and
to establish a new formula for the donation by a
developer in lieu of dedication of land for recreational
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 73-35 is superseded
by this Resolution and the former is no longer in effect.
SECTION 2: That the following formula be and the
same is hereby adopted for the donation by a developer
in lieu of dedication of land for recreational purposes.:
