A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITY
ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, JAMES D. DRUCK has resigned as City Attorney,
and such resignation has been accepted effective September
26, 1973, and
WHEREAS, the City Council appointed JAMES MICHAEL
NORMAN as Acting City Attorney at that time, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of appointing
a City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That�al""Mwrrpf is
hereby appointed City Attorney effective as of the signing
of this Resolution.
SECTION 2: That compensation for his services shall
be at the rate of $35.00 per hour.
SECTION 3 : That as
City Attorney, in accordance with the City Charter, shall
serve at the pleasure of the City Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida.
