RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ALL PAVEMENTS AND
DRAINAGE WITHIN TAMARAC LAKES AND
TAMARAC LAKES SECOND SECTION WHICH HAVE
PREVIOUSLY BEEN DEDICATED TO THE CITY.

WHEREAS,
there have
been dedicated to the City

certain roads
within those
subdivisions known as
Tamarac Lakes
and Tamarac
Lakes Second Section, and

WHEREAS,
these roads
have not been accepted by
the City to date, and

WHEREAS,
the City is
desirous of accepting pavements
and drainage constructed within dedicated rights of way
and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That all pavements and drainage within
the two Subdivisions known as Tamarac. Lakes and Tamarac
Lakes Second Section which have been dedicated to the City,
and not previously accepted by the City of Tamarac, be
and they are hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Tamarac.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
