RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL
ELECTION FOR MEMBERS OF THE CHARTER BOARD.
WHEREAS, a general election was held on February 27, 1973
for the purpose of electing five (5) members of the Charter
Board and
WHEREAS, the City Council has canvassed the results of the
machine voting as certified by the election clerks and the absentee
ballots,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the following five (5) persons have received
the highest number of votes and are declared to be elected as
members of the Charter Board for a term of two (2) years:

SECTION 2: Terms of the Charter Board members shall begin
on 6 March, 1973.
