RESOLUTION NO. -
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to
state any objection it may have to release of canal
reservations across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request
and has recommended the City file no objection to such
release,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land
described as follows:
C & SFFCD Ref. #3-BCA-2 (0-1547).
"A portion of Tract 7 of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS
SUBDIVISION of Section 13, Township 49 South,
Range 41 East, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31,
of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast (SE) corner of said
Tract 7;thence North 0011159" West along the East
line of Tract 7, 131.36 feet to a point; thence
North 38033114" West 191.37 feet to the Point of
Beginning of this description; thence continue
North 38 33114" West along the last described line,
525.00 feet; thence North 51026'46" East, 150 feet;
thence South 38033114" East, 525.00 feet to a
point; thence South 51°26'46" West, 150 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
EDD Deed No. 5268, dated August 17, 1950, Deed Book
715, Page 457."
