CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION. NO, — 1
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION
OF Mr. GEORGE NAZE II AS PUBLIC DEFENDER
AND APPOINTING A REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Supreme Court of the United States
has recently declared that every Defendant has the right
to be represented by Counsel in any case in which a ,jail
sentence is possible, and
WHEREAS, Mr. George Naze, II has resigned from
the position of City Public Defender
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Mr. AA p MARioq D
an attorney practicing in Broward County, Florida is
hereby appointed City Public Defender to serve at the
pleasure of the City Council..
SECTION 2: That the City Public Defender shall receive
compensation at the rate of $50.00 for each Court session
at which his attendance is required.
