RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE DESIRE OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC TO JOIN THE
CO-OPERATIVE DISPATCH CENTER NO. 1.
WHEREAS, .the City of Tamarac has been requested by the
Sheriff of Broward County to join the Co -Operative Dispatch
Center No. 1, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the request and
finds that joining the Co-operative Dispatch Center No. 1
would be in the best interests of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of
Tamarac hereby elects to join the Co-operative Dispatch
Center No. 1.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby directed
to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Sheriff
of Broward County and to the Broward County Commission.
