CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 2
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MAINTENANCE OF LAND-
SCAPED PORTIONS OF CERTAIN RIGHTS -OF -WAY
WITHIN THE CITY OF TAMARAC
WHEREAS, certain median strips within the City have been
planted and sodded by Leadership Hiousing, and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of accepting maintenance
of portions of said rights -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1 : That all landscaped portions in the following
Commercial Boulevard from Rock Island Road to the"S"curve
N.W. 47th Terrace from Commercial Boulevard to N.W.
47th Court
N.W. 70th Avenue from 57th Street to South boundary of
Sunflower sub -division
N.W. 84th Terrace from 57th Street to Canal
Woodlands Boulevard
are hereby accepted for maintenance by the City of Tamarac as of
January 1, 1974.
SECTION 2 : That the City is not as of this date accepting
the pavements and drainage within these rights -of -way, but only the
maintenance of the landscaped portions.
