RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 72-20 of the City Council,
Mr. MORRIS C. TUCKER was appointed as special assistant City
Attorney for the purpose of acting as legal advisor and counsel
to the Charter Board, and
WHEREAS, said Mr. MORRIS C. TUCKER has indicated his
employment be terminated just prior to the election of the Charter
Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of formally
terminating Resolution No. 72-20, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is further desirous of commending
Mr. MORRIS C. TUCKER for his dedicated service to the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
That the termination of Mr. MORRIS C. TUCKER as special
assistant City Attorney be and the same is hereby effective the
26th day of February, 1973.
The City Council hereby expresses its gratitude to and
commends Mr. MORRIS C. TUCKER for the dedicated service he has per-
formed in behalf of the City of Tamarac.
