CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME MORATORIUM
ON HOOKUPS TO THE CITY SEWAGE TREATEMENT
PLANT UNTIL MARCH 1973
WHEREAS, improvements to the City Sewage Treatement
Plant are being contracted for and should be completed within the
next 21 days, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that absent such
improvements, the said plant is operating at or near maximum capacity
and for this reason the moratorium should be extended, and
WHEREAS, such moratorium has heretofore been extended
to March 7, 1973, by Resolution No. 73-8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
of the City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Resolution No. 72-19 of
the City of Tamarac shall be amended to read as follows:
"that a moratorium is hereby established until
March #, 1973, during which time no further hook-ups
shall be permitted to the City of Tamarac sewage
treatment plant."
SECTION 2: That in all other respects Resolution No.
72-19 shall remain in full force and effect.
