CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, JAMES D. DRUCK has been appointed City
Attorney for the City of Tamarac, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, JAMES D. DRUCK has requested the appointment
of two Assistant City Attorneys ,pursuant to Section #*1
of the City Charter; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
two Assistant City Attorneys.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
1. That P. DIANNE WEAVER is hereby appointed Assistant
City Attorney and Prosecutor for the City of Tamarac.
2. That JAMES M. NORMAN is hereby appointed Assistant
City Attorney for the City of Tamarac.
