CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE PURCHASE
OF TWO AUTOMOBILES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac has
requested bids for the purchase of two automobiles for the Tamarac
Police Department, and
WHEREAS, said bids have been received and tabulated, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of awarding a
contract pursuant to said bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
of the City of 'Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1 : That the bid of
for the purchase of two automobiles for the Police Department,
b eing the lowest and best responsible bid, is hereby accepted and
a contract therefor is hereby awarded upon the terms and specifications
and at the unit prices bid.
SECTION 2: That the successful bidder shall be paid
and perform pursuant to the terms of the bid cr of the contract
entered into between the said bidder and the City of Tamarac, said
contract or bid to become a part d this resolution.
SECTION 3: That the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute said contract, if any, on
behalf of the City of Tamarac.
