CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. ✓�
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac
desires to establish a formula for the donation by a
developer in lieu of dedication of land for recreational
purposes. <� • /" �E"r�r �"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following formula be and the same
is hereby adopted for the donation by a developer in lieu
of dedication of land for recreational purposes:
ATTEST:
$55,000 per acre for R-4A land;
$36,000 per acre for R-3U land.
