RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, REsolution No. 71-39B established the
position of Chief Municipal Judge and Associate Municipal
Judges and defined the duties of such Judges and established
their compensation, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists in the position of Chief
Municipal Judge and the Council is desirous of filling such
vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
of the City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Mr. A. R. MORSILLO, an attorney
qualified to practice law in the Courts of the State of
Florida, is hereby appointed Chief Municipal Judge of the
Municipal Court of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That said Chief Municipal Judge shall
serve at the pleasure of the Council and shall receive as
compensation for services performed the sum of $75.00 per
court session presided over.
