RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the City Auditor has made recommendation to
the City Council that he be relieved of his responsibilities,
duties and position as City Auditor and Accounting Advisor, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon the resignation of the
City Auditor, is desirous of terminating the position of said
City Auditor and Accounting Advisor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1:That the resignation of Mr. WILLIAM PLANES
as City Auditor and Accounting Advisor is hereby and the same is
accepted.
SECTION 2: That compensation'of said Mr. WILLIAM PLANES
for the services required pursuant to the terms of the Charter and
pursuant to the terms of that agreement entered into shall be made
for his services'in his capacity as City Auditor.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately, as of the �_ day of 1973.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
1973.
