A RESOLUTION REQUESTING DEVELOPERS WITHIN
CITY OF LAUDERHILL TO LIMIT HEIGHTH OF
BUILDINGS ON PERIMETER OF WOODLANDS COUNTRY
CLUB TO FOUR STORIES
WHEREAS, the prime developers of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, have agreed with the City Council to limit the heighth
of any of their buildings on the perimeter of the Woodlands
Country Club to four stories, and
WHEREAS, the Woodlands Country Club consists of single
family dwellings, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to request the City of
Lauderhill, Florida, to similarly limit the heighth of any of
their buildings on the perimeter of the Woodlands Country Club
to four stories.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF TIE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That, in order to preserve the density,
character and integrity of the area, the City of Lauderhill,
Florida, and developers therein are hereby requested to limit
the heighth of any buildings on the perimeter of the Woodlands
Country Club to four stories.
